One of our early milestones involved working with a global baby clothing manufacturer. The client was looking to create a new line of custom baby clothes, but they wanted to use eco-friendly fabrics like Tencel™ and bamboo fibers. Initially, we proposed some basic fabric options, but they were seeking something more sustainable. After multiple rounds of testing and communication, we provided them with exactly what they needed. This resulted in a delay in the delivery of the tablecloths, causing the restaurant to claim compensation for the missed opening date. As a result, we had to bear the full cost of the claim.
